Q. Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open but by appointment only.

Q. Is shipping free?
No, Shipping is not free. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the equipment and the location to where it will be delivered. Customers are able to pick up the equipment from our warehouse. We do have a loading dock and ramp to ground level. We highly recommend customers to use a pick up truck or trailer to pick up your equipment.

Q. How are the items shipped?
If a single unit is purchased, it is shipped fully assembled and on a pallet. If there are multiple items going to one location we can look into other shipping options that may be more cost effective.

Q. How long does it take for the equipment to ship?
Majority of the time, we have equipment ready to go the same day or up to 10 business days to prepare an order for shipping. It will then ship and transit times vary depending on where it is being shipped to. Once an order ships you will be notified and given all the information necessary to track your shipment.

Q. Is all the equipment in the warehouse refurbished?
No, not all, but most are. We realize that some customers prefer to save money and prefer to purchase a clean and tested unit. However, we do have a number of customers that purchase refurbished equipment from us and we like to have some refurbished options for our customers ready to see in its final condition.

Q. If I cannot find an item I am looking for on your website- can your company find one for me?
Yes, please fill out our equipment request form and we can see what we can do about locating the product for you. We work with a network of other businesses that could have a great quality product that you are needing.

Q. What are the payment methods?
We accept: Check, Cash, Wire Transfer, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

Q. Do you sell parts?
We sell a very limited inventory of parts. Mostly Precor electronics cubes and attachable tv’s.

Q. Do you service equipment outside of your facility?
We do not, but we can always refer you to someone that can assist you with that.

Q. Can any equipment be placed on hold?
No equipment can be placed on hold; all equipment must have a deposit to be held for 5 days until it can be picked up.

Q. Do you offer layaway?
We do not offer layaway or financing, all equipment must be paid for in full.

Q. Do you offer a warranty?
We have a 30 warranty for clean and tested. Refurbished commercial customers receive a 6 months parts and labor warranty on any mechanical defects. Residential customers will receive 1 year parts and labor warranty on any mechanical defects. Cosmetic is not covered.

We will refund the equipment purchase price and sales tax when the equipment is returned to the purchased location at the purchaser’s expense within 30 days of the invoice date.
